Course refunds and transfers are given in certain circumstances
Your enrolment in our courses is acceptance of our payments refund and cancellation policy and our terms and conditions set out on our website and in our student handbook.
In regard to course refunds, transfer cancellations etc where a course administration fee is applied, that fee is set at $20 to cover fees and administration expenses.
Your course will be transferred to your requested date/time location upon payment of the administration fee

If you have lost or damaged your certificate, you can order a replacement copy by email or we can post a copy on certificate parchment directly to you.
There is an administration fee to post a reissued certificate to cover printing, postage and handling costs.
